Chinese Medicine is not just a medical system developed over thousands of years, it teaches the art of living a healthy, balanced life. Important aspects of this lifestyle are living in harmony with the natural world, changing lifestyle habits according to the seasons, and striving for balance with our emotions, between work and play, as well as between physical, mental and spiritual activities.

The Gallbladder is a very important organ in Chinese Medicine. The Gallbladder is seen very differently in Chinese Medicine than it is in Western Medicine. Many people in our culture are confronted with having surgery to remove their Gallbladder because their health care practitioners do not offer any other alternatives. Chinese Medicine offers us a different way of looking at the organs, their relationship to the rest of our bodies and psyches, and our overall health. Although none of the information presented here is offered as a substitute for medical advice, we hope it will at least offer more information so that people are aware that there are other options in how we deal with health and healing and can make educated decisions about their health. If you would like more information about the Gallbladder in Chinese Medicine, please seek out a qualified practitioner of Chinese Medicine in your area, or write to us at info@chinesemedicineliving.com.

1 review for HEALING THE GALLBLADDER (3 PAGES)

I have been told by my doctor that I need to have my gallbladder removed, and was searching for other options. Chinese medicine is so wise! I am so grateful for this information and hope that I can rebalance my gallbladder and avoid surgery.
